I love her work sooo much!!! I've had this card in my favorites for a while now and finally got the chance to do my own version.

1. First I changed the pink to red.
2. I used an SU! Set (Priceless) instead of the MFT set she used.
3. I changed the cb folder
4. Instead of the square tag that said thanks I used a circle.
5. Lasty instead of using a flower I used the Designer Label punch!

Halloween Card

Todays challenge was to complete a Halloween Card. What fun!! I love doing these!!!

I used the Arachnophobia Wheel with Basic Black on Green Galore Cardstock. I added three different grosgrain ribbons on into it and layered with Basic Black and Perfect Plum Cardstock. The Boo is from last years Mini Catalog, called Best Friends.

Sketching with the bee!

Todays sketch challenge was wow!!!! hard!! Thankfully there were measurements!!!!

The stamp is by Stampendous!! I love these little bees!! I used Basic Black, Whisper White, and Appricot Appeal Cs!!!

I colored the bee in with my Prismacolor Markers!!

I used Pink Passion, Certainly Celery, and Tempting Turquoise cardstock along with an unknown dp! I colored the stamp in with Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol.

For my brother

So today my brother is taking his California Contractors License Test!! (at 22). I'm sooo excited for him. Hes been studying for about a year now! I really hope he does well!!!

I just gave this to him to wish him some good luck. Even though I know he really doesn't need it. He was the one that never studied and passed!!! I had to work my butt off in school!!! But, I always did get better grades LOL!

I used Bashful Blue and Apricot Appeal SU! Cardstock. The corners are all punched using the Ticket Punch. The sets I used were Retired! Collage Alphabet and from the new catty Outlined for Fun!!!

Happy Monday! Here is my card for Cami's Tri-Fold Challenge. What a fun card! I'm going to have to go home tonight and try other sizes!

The main piece of SU! Carstock is Certainly Celery. The scallop is made with Perfect Plum. The dp is also SU! The set I used was Happy Harmony!! Love that sentiment!!

One Martini, Two Martini, Three Martini FLOOR!

OMG, don't you just love these two stamps?? I DO!!!! There from Inkyantics.com! One of my favorite drinks is an apple martini! YUMMMMY!!!

I used all SU! Cardstalk. Regal Rose, Gable Green, and Tempting Turquoise.

I used my scoring blade to ruff up the edges. Great technique huh?? Never knew you could do that! Worked sooo amazing! I then used a dauper with Regal Rose Ink on the edges. The ribbon is from a scrapbook store. Its so soft and pretty!! and matches soooo well with Regal Rose. I then added a few safety pins.

Yummy Thanks

Okay so I've been dying for this stamp for FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love it so much!!! Its by Stampendous! (did I spell that right??) haha. I colored it in with my Prismacolor Markers. Wish I had those awesome Copics, but man there a lot of $$$.

Anyways, this was made for todays sketch challenge on SCS. Four little boys came over yesterday and dropped over a dozen cookies to, shur me up! Isn't that cute? I'm gonna drop this card off to them today to say thank you!

The designer paper is unknown. I used it for Christmas Cards a few years ago. I used it with Real Red SU! Cardstock. I used a stamp from "small Saying" for the thanks for making me smile. I hope they enjoy this as much as I did those cookies!!!! YUMMY!!!!

Here is todays color challenge card. FINALLY, I was able to do a challenge. It was rushed on my lunch break, but hey I'm back at it gals!!

The colors we could use were Taken With Teal, Sahara Sand, and Chocolate Chip. The set I used was Whale Wishes! I used my SU! Corner punch and added some brads. The ribbon is from Mike's.

Only black on white WHAT??

Tomorrows Limited Supply Challenge, is to use only black in on white cs!! WOW!!! So fun!! I'm loving how this turned out!!!

I used Blush Blossom and Perfect Plum CS along with Black and White of course!!

New Favorite Stamps

Today's challenge was to use our newest stamps and accessories that we just can't live without!

I love these two sets so much!! Only new thing missing is my photo corner punch!! Oh well next time.

The colors used are Regal Rose, So Saffron and Mellow Moss. Same with the ink. The sets used are Priceless and So Many Sayings.

The thing to the right is a gift card holder. I made it today with my UL. Its so cute! We used Jenn's directions from this weeks new resource. Thanks Jenn!!!!

Brads, Brads, and more BRADS

Here is a card I made today for the a DD Challenge. It was to use brads. How easy is that?? I love them!!!

I used the SU! set Priceless. The colors are Taken with Teal and Pixie Pink. I used my new corner punch and put brads on those. The base is cut an inch short so the Pixie Pink shows through. I used my circle punch for scallop edge.

Tent Topper Card

Todays sketch challenge was to make a tent topper card.

The base of my card is 4.25 x 4.25. This will fit in our standard envelopes.

This is Fixafella. Isn't he cute? I'm going to give this card to my brother for helping out with some stuff around my house.

The card base is out of Bashfull Blue SU! Cardstalk. The dp is from MME!!

I used my Primacolor Pencils and Gamsol to color him in!

I think its cute!! I hope he likes it!

Fabulous Pink Olives

Todays color challenge was to use Pretty in Pink, Old Olive, and Regal Rose. Piece of cake if you ask me!! I loved this combo. I decided that I wanted to pull out Fabulous Flowers since I haven't used it yet. Isn't this set awesome?? I love it! I have been thinking about this layout for a couple of days. I seem to be really liking to panel lately. I used my dauber to ink up all the edges. The flower is layered 3 times.

Gotta brag for a bit.....

So I've been sooo excited this week that my landscaping is just about DONE!!!! With everything that is going on right now its really calming and nice to know that I'm able to get my landscaping done. It isn't cheep WOW!! Thank god I have the best daddy in the world to help me!!! Its not done yet, but since everyone is gone today and the plants were just planted I had to show it off to my stamper friends!

When I designed my house I just KNEW I had to have a courtyard. I always wanted a grand entrance to my house full of flowers and beauty. Well that isn't so easy in the desert so I thought If I build a courtyard around the front of my house it would help with rabbits, etc.

Here is stepping outside into the courtyard from my front door!

This is my front yard looking at the courtyard. The sod is suppose to be delivered Monday morning at 4 am I believe. Then the rock will be delivered Tuesday. The rock is going to go from the sod to the street!

I special ordered two palm tree plants that should be in next week to go into the two planters that you see here!! Ahhh I can't wait! I'm soooo EXCITED!!!!!

Inspiration Card

Todays Inspiration Challenge was awesome. I got to use TWO of my new sets. Priceless and So Many Sayings (I can tell I'm gonna use this one ALOT). The colors I used were SU! Bravo Burgundy, Regal Rose, and Whisper White. I used my window punch to make the tags.

NO embelishments WHAT???

Toady's limited supply challenge we had to use Monocromatic colors, but NO embellishments. This was so hard for me!!! It turned out to be a simplicity card which is good. I'm gonna give this to T. He's a simple guy!!!

I used Taken with Teal, Cool Caribbean, and Night of Navy SU! Cardstock. The set I used is from So Many Sayings! I love this set!!!! I used my SU! Window punch for the "missing you" and the "so much"

Corners....

Toady's challenge was to decorate your corners. With the new SU! Photo Corner punch coming out I just knew I had to use it!!! I then added a brad to the center. The flower is from Stampendous!-Fresh Bloom. I colored the flower in with Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol. I used Riveting for the Enjoy Your Day sentiment and punched it out with the 1-1/4" punch. I then attached it to the Designer Label Punch out.

I used Pixie Pink, Temping Turquoise, and Apricot Appeal SU! Cardstock. The dp is from MME.

I used my corner punch for the scallop edge. I then pierced each edge!!

Flowers......

This is for todays Limited Supply Challenge. We had to use at least two flowers, only two embellishments, and any punches, paper, sentiments, stamps we wanted!

I know the scan is bad. I'm going to re-edit later. I should be getting my camera charger back today!! WHooa!!!

I used Brocade Blue, Close to Cocoa, Creame, and WWE CS. The flowers were stamped in Close to Cocoa.

Dry Embossing

Today's challenge was to use a stylus and create some dry embossing. I know you can't see it from the HORRIBLE scan (yes my camera charger is still missing), but the candles are embossed.

This set is called Eat Cake. I used my tag punches for the Happy Birthday Tag. The ribbon came from a RAK from Mandy. The dp is from MME. I used Night of Navy, Certainly Celery, and Appricot Appeal SU! CS!

Sketch Challenge.....Revised

So I was totally bummed when I saw the sketch challenge today. I so need to get something that cuts circles for me! I have an oval one, but it SUCKS! LOL. Anyways, I still wanted to take a try at the challenge so I decided I would just use a flower instead of a circle! Hope thats okay.....
